The retail team exists to grow sales and good causes through highly engaged retailers that drive customers to play. It is responsible for the advancement and delivery of the business plans via processes,tools, initiatives, reporting and insight across all Retail Sales Teams.

The team will champion initiatives and represent the Retail Channel across the organisation to affect significant change and improvements in effectiveness and efficiency.

How you'll make a difference?

Develop and deliver best in class reports across existing multiple data sources to track performance of the retail team vs agreed KPIs and ensure consistency across the sales team.

Identify opportunities and risks to achievement of the retail channel budget based on the above and share with the sales leadership team.

Define future reporting requirements for retail to inform the development of a new digital retail platform.

Post evaluate performance and effectiveness of key initiatives within retail and make recommendations on future next steps.

Support Retail leadership team to address key business challenges via ad hoc analysis.

Upskill retail team reporting and analysis capability via training and share best practice across the team.


What you'll bring to to the table?

Retailer centric, demonstrable experience of always putting the retailer at the heart.

Proven experience and expertise in working with retail data; internal sales data, EPOS, in Camelot and/or other relevant industry.
