Accounts Payable Analyst
The Finance department has an urgent requirement for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team. The Finance department ensures the business is financially sound, has robust accounting and reporting processes, and delivers financial targets including profitability and returns to Good Causes.

How you'll make a difference
You will support the Accounts Payable function in day to day activities to ensure an accurate, efficient and controlled procure to pay process. Be a key interface between Camelot and its suppliers to ensure the prompt processing and payment of invoices. Working closely with the wider finance team to ensure a robust control environment and driving continuous process improvements.
What you'll bring to the table
Full appreciation of the purchase order/ 3 way matching system and how it underpins control
Proven experience of working in an accounts payable function
Demonstrable track record of improving process and controls
Excel and systems experience necessary
Able to forge strong relationships across the business
Excellent communication skills and confidence to provide constructive challenge where necessary
Experience of using SAP
Must be self-motivated and self-starting with ability to multi-task and effectively manage own workload
