Customer Advisor - Retail
We're currently recruiting in our Operation Sales Team! The team focus on building great relationships with our retailers who have our products in their store.
If you're current working in a retail environment and have decided the weekend and evening shift work isn't for you this could be a great next step for you! Based at our Watford HQ, you will spend your day hitting the phones speaking to our retailers.

How you'll make a difference
As the voice of The National Lottery to our retailers, your role is to build relationships with our retailers to promote, inform and up-skill on our products.
Hitting the phones every day to:
- Build strong partnerships with retailers
- Share retail best practice
- Inform them about the benefits of our games and any changes
- Engage with them about Good Causes
- Help with queries
- Update retailer contact details
