Often described as the "best job" at Camelot, the Winner Advisor plays an integral role in ensuring our winners have a winning experience that is joyful, celebratory and relevant. The Winner Experience Team sits within The National Lottery Business Operations and is responsible for delivering best-in-class customer experience and supporting lottery winners – regardless of the size of their win.

What you'll bring to the table

You will be great with people and passionate about delivering an excellent experience. Having strong morals and integrity are a must; often you will be the only person who knows about a lottery winner and you will need to keep this to yourself in order to maintain winner anonymity. You will have excellent judgement and the ability to make good decisions as you will need to assess what support a winner may need to ensure they have the best winning experience.

You will need to travel to secret locations across the UK [this role will be based at head office in Watford with travel to London, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire predominantly.]

You can build and maintain effective relationships with the people you meet along the way – lottery winners, colleagues, lawyers and bank managers.

You have high standards and excellent attention to detail.
